Visitors will be screened for COVID-19 signs, symptoms and exposure prior to visitation.

All healthcare personnel and other facility staff shall wear a face mask while in the facility. The staff continue to follow strict PPE guidelines as outlined by the department of health and CDC.

All visitors must wear a face mask as well when visiting our facility.

Limitation of Non-Emergency Offsite Appointments:
At this time there are no limitations.

Health Check/Screening:
All individuals are screened upon entrance to the center by answering designated questions and a physical temperature check. Any adverse response or temperature reading are addressed accordingly.
